TendraPaw currently ships to customers in the United States.

Order Processing
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, tracked delivery is estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.

Fulfillment
Some orders may be fulfilled by our international fulfillment partners. The delivery estimate shown at checkout and in your order confirmation applies to your order.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
